Bug description
The "special linking exception to the LGPL" part of the LICENSE text says:
`By "a publicly distributed version of the Library", we mean [...] a modified version of the Library that is distributed under the conditions defined in clause 3 of the GNU Library General Public License.'
but the clause 3 of the LGPL text below doesn't particularly address redistribution issued but relicensing of LGPL works under the GPL. Didn't you rather mean clause 3 of the GPL ?

Well spotted. We meant "clause 2 of the LGPL". (The one that describes distribution of modified versions of the library.) Fixed LICENCE file appropriately.
