Original bug ID: 4990
Reporter: @ygrek
Status: resolved (set by @damiendoligez on 2017-03-03T15:46:54Z)
Resolution: suspended
Priority: normal
Severity: feature
Version: 3.11.2
Category: -for ocamlbuild use https://github.com/ocaml/ocamlbuild/issues

Bug description

.lnk files are only usable from explorer, not cmd or other shell, and this severely limits usefullness of this feature (actually I always switch it off with -no-links). On the other side .bad/.cmd files are usable both from explorer and shells. This of course only applies to executables (not docdir targets).
