On the mantis (bug tracker), non developer can't report bug/feature request for the trunk #5451

Bug description

The development version (currently 3.13-dev) does not appear in the "Product Version" list for non developers. We still test the trunk even if we don't hack on it :)

Fabrice, did you fix anything? Last time Alexandre and I tried, I could see 3.13+0-dev but he couldn't. I think it's related to being developer/non-developer.

I set the "Released" flag of this revision to true, this may solve the problem. New version numbers always should have this flag set to true.

It is weirdly placed between 3.12.1+dev and 3.12.0+beta1, but yes, I confirm that it appears!
