Bug description
I noticed that some bug fixes are available in 3.12.1+dev (SVN version/3.12/) and some other ones in 3.13+dev (SVN trunk/). For me, this is a bug: trunk/ should always contain the most advanced version of OCaml, in terms of features, but also of bug fixes.
Is there an official policy about this issue ?
Shall I start pushing fixes in 3.12.1+dev back to 3.13+dev ?

I'm supposed to do an svn merge at some point to make sure no bugfix is left behind. I'm waiting to see if we do a 3.12.2 release before I do this merge.
The 3.12 branch was merged into the trunk (commit 12210) and is now officially closed. Feel free to re-open this PR if you find something that was left behind.
Note that the branching of 4.00 happened after that merge.
