Original bug ID: 5507
Reporter: Hendrik Tews
Assigned to: @zoggy
Status: closed (set by @zoggy on 2012-05-07T10:33:47Z)
Resolution: fixed
Priority: normal
Severity: feature
Version: 3.13.0+dev
Category: ocamldoc

Bug description

The locations in ocamldoc provide not enough information to
locate the items, see the specification of pos_cnum in
lexing.mli. If ocamldoc could just copy the whole position of
type Lexing.position, then there would be at least an accurate
line number information. Copying the lexing position as whole
would also simplify the code, I believe.

This is done now. This could not be done before, because the Location module was not installed before by "make install". This will change in next release.

Location.t is now used by OCamldoc since revision 12435.
