Original bug ID: 5735 Reporter: furuse Assigned to:@lefessan Status: closed (set by @xavierleroy on 2015-12-11T18:07:59Z) Resolution: fixed Priority: high Severity: major Version: 4.00.0 Fixed in version: 4.00.1+dev Category: ~DO NOT USE (was: OCaml general)
Bug description
The following code demostrates 4.00.0's revapply works correctly only when it is fully applied:
external (|>) : 'a -> ('a -> 'b) -> 'b = "%revapply"
let revapply = (|>) <--- error
let apply1 = (|>) 1 <--- error
In the both cases, the compiler complains: Error: The external function `%revapply' is not available.
%apply also has the same problem.
