Bug description
With the latest trunk, if we use the ocamlbuild library in a separate program, it somehow launch ocamlbuild as a side effect.
This was not the case before.
Steps to reproduce
Given the following test (in a file named setup.ml for example):
#use "topfind";;
#require "ocamlbuild";;
and executing with « ocaml setup.ml », this launches an ocamlbuild instance.
Additional information
As a result it breaks the dynamic mode of oasis.
