Bug description

A table with filename-extensions used by OCaml would be very helpful.
I browsed the reference manual but could not find such a table.

A way, that shows what should be added can be seen on page 202 of OCaml-Oreilly-book:

http://caml.inria.fr/pub/docs/oreilly-book/ocaml-ora-book.pdf

("Naming Rules for File Extensions", Chapter 7, page 202)

The different file extensions and their use are listed in chapters about ocamlc and ocamlopt.

Perhaps a table in the tutorials section would be nice though.

Nobody seems to be interested to work on this improvement request. I'm closing it for now. Feel free to submit a GitHub PR to the manual, of course.
