Here is a new release of

             The LablGL interface to openGL, version 0.99

Changes with respect to 0.98 are only minor:

* add texture binding functions, contributed by Chris Hecker

* add support for Tcl/Tk8.4

* allow compiling and installing without Tk

This feature have been requested, so this seemed a good idea to
release them.
There is no new binary release for windows, as the need is rather
small.
