Just for clarification: are you trying to compile Ocsigen
outside of GODI? Unless you have good reasons to do so
(you want to compile a development snapshot of Ocsigen,
for example), you can save yourself a lot of trouble by
simply compiling Ocsigen via the GODI package.

Now, if you really need to compile Ocsigen outside of GODI,
and since it seems you already have GODI installed, one
suggestion that would solve your problem is to use GODI
to install all of Ocsigen's dependencies beforehand.
