For example, the C++ version of Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) enhanced with Virtual Evidence Boosting (VEB) use PETSc optimization (TAO). Having PETSc callable from OCaml would definitely bring these methods closer to natural OCaml workflow. Cheers, Alexy
