For users of the CAML V3.1 version only:
The Le-lisp runtime is protected by an access key.
This access key may become obsolete, in this case CAML users have to
modify the file V3.1/camlisp/{machine}/ILOGACCESS
where {machine} is the CAML-type of your machine (e.g. sun4 decstation
vaxunix).
Currently available keys can be used until 09-29-1994 or 12-31-99.
So the file V3.1/camlisp/{machine}/ILOGACCESS should be exactly:
